## For business owners
- Price: $0. Owners never pay Briggs Analytics anything, at any stage.
- What you get: a two-minute estimate of what your company's records could get, a comparison across every buyer that licenses US company records, and a same-day introduction to the buyer that publishes the most for your profile.
- How Briggs Analytics is paid: the buyer pays Briggs Analytics a referral fee only if your company signs. It is not deducted from your offer. We do not publish the amount.
- What buyers pay the company (published figures, not offers): $10,000 to $300,000 for shut-down companies of any size; $100,000 to $1,000,000+ for operating companies with roughly 20 or more people and 3+ years of records; two enterprise buyers publish $383,000 to $897,000 for a 100-person company with 10 years of records. Every company gets checked, whatever its size.
- Not included: Briggs Analytics never receives, stores or sees company data. Exports go from the company to the buyer under the buyer's agreement.

## For advisors (accountants, lawyers, M&A advisors, fractional CFOs)
- Price: $0.
- You get: 50% of what Briggs Analytics receives for a company you introduce, paid within 14 days of receipt.
