This is not a lead list.

A bought list

  • ×Companies that existed when someone compiled it
  • ×The same names your competitors bought
  • ×No reason to call today rather than next year

BriggsAnalytics

  • A specific event, on a specific date, at that address
  • Scored, so you call five buildings not five hundred
  • Every line carries the government record ID

The questions we actually get.

Is this legal?

Yes. Fire inspections, code violations and building permits are public records, and many cities publish them as open data. We do not scrape private systems or buy consumer data.

Will you sell my market to my competitor?

By default a market is available to more than one contractor. If you want your metro locked, exclusivity is available.

Do I have to change how my team works?

No. It is a list of addresses with a reason attached, by email. Your people call them the way they already call anyone.
