Which of your systems are worth money?

Twenty systems, one page each. Pick the ones you run.

Short answer: the systems where work gets recorded with an outcome. Slack, email and support desks sit at the top of every buyer's list. Code with its history is the fastest to turn into money. A CRM, a project tool or a ledger adds the most when it links to the others. Each page below says what the export contains, why buyers want it, how it is exported and what is removed.

The rule that sets the price

One system is a record. Two linked systems are a story. A support ticket that links to a Slack thread that links to a code change that links to an invoice is worth more than the four of them apart. Of the first 300 companies one enterprise buyer signed, 55% had Slack, 53% GitHub, 53% Google Drive, 50% Gmail, 40% Figma and 35% Jira. The estimator adds value for every extra system you run.

Questions owners ask.

Do I have to export anything to find out?

No. The estimate uses what you tell us. Exports happen only after a buyer scopes a deal, and the buyer walks your admin through it.

We use a system that is not listed.

Most systems fit one of the seven categories. Use the closest page or the estimator's "something we built ourselves" option.

Which single system is worth the most?

A code repository with full history has the clearest standalone price. For non-software companies, the support desk or the industry system (loan files, matters, jobs) carries the most.

Is a spreadsheet a system?

Rarely. Buyers want records with structure and history. A business run from spreadsheets and email threads leaves very little to license.

Some buyers pay in seven days.
