Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use the estimate tool or contact form, we collect what you type: your name, company, website, work email, phone, your answers to the estimate questions, and who referred you. Forms are hosted by Tally (tally.so), which stores submissions on our behalf. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.

What we do with it

We use it to send your estimate, to set up a call, and, if you ask us to, to introduce you to a buyer. We tell you which buyer before we do, and the form asks for your consent to share your details with that buyer. We do not sell your information. We do not send newsletters.

How long we keep it

If you do not proceed, your submission is deleted after 12 months. If your company signs with a buyer, we keep the record of the introduction for tax and accounting purposes.

Your company's records

We never receive your company's records. If you license them, the buyer takes a scrubbed copy under its own agreement with you, and that buyer's privacy terms apply to that copy.

Deleting your information

Email bristol@briggsanalytics.com and we will delete your submission within 30 days.
