Home›How it works

Four steps. The buyer does three of them.

From the two-minute check to a check in the bank. Most companies go from first call to payment in two to six weeks.

How your records are protected

Before anything is shared, you and the buyer define the four things below. The full security page →

Approved scope and clear boundaries

  • Original files are kept only for processing.
  • Original files are deleted after processing.

Customer confidentiality

  • No records are publicly shared.
  • No customer information is exposed.

Encrypted, read-only access

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Access is read-only and revoked when the project ends.

Written terms you sign off on

  • Use, retention and payment are set out in a signed agreement.
  • You approve every source before anything is shared.

Questions about the process.

What happens on the 20-minute call?

You tell us which systems you run and for how long. We tell you which buyers fit, what each one publishes, and which one we would introduce you to. If you say yes, the introduction goes out the same day.

Who does the scrubbing?

The buyer. They remove personal and customer-identifying information during processing and delete the original files when done. You see the categories before anything is shared.

Who pays Briggs Analytics?

The buyer, when you sign. It is a referral fee. You never pay us, and it does not come out of your check.

Can I talk to more than one buyer?

Nothing we have found forbids it, and each buyer's agreement is separate. We introduce you to the best fit first and tell you about the others.

What if a buyer says no?

Then we try the next one that fits. Some buyers want ten years of history, others want shut-down startups of any size. The check tells us which doors are open.

Two minutes. Then you know the number.

No cost. No obligation. Nothing leaves your building until you say so.
