Your clients are sitting on money. Bring them, and we split the fee.
Accountants, wind-down lawyers, M&A advisors, bankers, and VC platform teams: the companies you already serve can license their records for $10K to $1M+. We do the work. You get half of what we receive.

Who this is for.
- 1Wind-down lawyers and assignees
A closing company's code and records are worth $10K to $300K to several buyers. Most are deleted. Yours do not have to be.
- 2Accountants and CPAs
Owners planning an exit can license first, non-exclusively, and keep the income. You are the first person they ask.
- 3M&A advisors and brokers
Money off the table before the sale, without touching your deal or the acquirer's.
- 4VC platform teams
Portfolio companies winding down can recover $10K to $100K from their archives. One email each.

How the split works.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| You introduce | An email to bristol@briggsanalytics.com with the owner copied, or the owner fills in the check with your name in the "Who referred you?" box. |
| We match | Two-minute check, 20-minute call, introduction to the buyer that pays the most. Same day. |
| They sign | The buyer pays Briggs Analytics a referral fee. We tell you the terms in writing before you introduce anyone. |
| You get half | Paid within 14 days of us receiving the fee, with the buyer's confirmation attached. |
We keep a written record of who introduced each company. First complete introduction counts.
Questions advisors ask.
What do I get?
Half of what we receive on every company you introduce that signs with a buyer. We tell you the terms in writing before you introduce anyone, send you the buyer's confirmation, and pay within 14 days of receiving the fee.
What do I have to do?
Send an email introduction, or give the owner our link with your name in it. We do the check, the call, the matching and the follow-up. You can be as involved as you like.
Is there a conflict with my duty to the client?
You are introducing them to a non-exclusive license that pays them and changes nothing about the business or the sale. Tell them you are paid for the introduction. We say it on every page.
Which clients fit?
Any company with records in its systems. The enterprise buyers start around 20 to 30 people and three years of records; other buyers take smaller and newer companies and any company that is winding down. Mortgage, insurance, trades, law, accounting, software and IT services are in demand right now. Send them all; we check every one.
Know an owner who should see this?
Send one email. We handle the rest.
