Somewhere in your client list is a company sitting on money it doesn't know about
Upload or paste a spreadsheet of your clients and see which ones look like a fit for licensing their company records. Your client list never leaves your computer.

How this works
Four steps, about as many minutes.
- Upload or paste a client spreadsheet.
- Your browser scores each client on size, years, industry and situation.
- See which clients look like a fit and why.
- Download the scored list to your own computer.

Your clients have an asset nobody told them about
CPAs, wind-down lawyers, M&A advisors and fractional CFOs see the inside of dozens of companies. Many of those companies have years of operating records that buyers now pay to license, and almost none of them know it. The advisor who brings it up first is the one the client remembers.
This scanner looks at your client list the way a buyer would. Bigger companies with more years of history score higher. Industries with judgment-heavy work, like software, engineering, accounting, law, insurance and the trades, score higher. Clients that are closing, selling or raising get a priority flag, because timing matters most for them.
Your list stays with you
The scoring runs entirely inside your browser. Your client names are never uploaded, never sent to us and never stored. The scored list downloads to your own computer. If you ask for the "what to say" sheet, we only receive your own details and the number of likely fits.
Columns it understands
Name, industry, headcount or employees, years in business or year founded, and status or notes. Any order works. Missing columns just score lower.
Questions about this tool.
Is my client list uploaded?
No. It is read and scored inside your browser. Nothing about your clients is sent to us. The scored list downloads to your own computer.
What columns do I need?
Name, industry, headcount, and years in business or year founded. Status or notes help with the priority flag. Missing columns just score lower.
How do I talk to clients about it?
Briefly, as something you noticed. The "what to say" sheet has a two-line script for each kind of client.
