A useful page with your name on it

Clients who are closing, selling or raising money are making a dozen decisions at once, and one of them is often made by accident: their software gets cancelled and years of records disappear with it. A one-page checklist from their advisor, at the right moment, saves them from that and reminds them who looked out for them.

This tool makes that page with your firm's logo and contact line on the front. The checklist covers what to keep, what to export before cancelling anything, and when to check whether the company's records might be worth licensing. The back carries a short "prepared with Briggs Analytics" line and the link to the free check.

Three versions

Closing a company, selling or retiring, and raising money or tight on cash. Each one puts the steps in the order that matters for that situation.

Questions about this tool.

Is my logo uploaded?

No. It is read inside your browser to build the page.

Can I edit the checklist?

The wording is fixed so it stays accurate, but you choose the version for each kind of client and your own contact line.

What does Briggs Analytics get?

If you ask for the PDF, we receive your name, email and firm. The page itself carries a short line and a link to our free check.

Can I send it to every client?

Yes. Many advisors send it with year-end letters or attach it when a client mentions closing or selling.
