What it costs you: nothing.

The buyer pays us a referral fee if your company signs. It is not deducted from your offer, and if nothing closes nobody pays anything.

Questions about the money.

Is there really no charge to the owner?

None. Not for the estimate, the comparison, the introduction or the call. The buyer pays us if you sign. If you never sign, nobody pays anything.

Does the referral fee come out of my offer?

No. The buyer pays it separately. Your offer is your offer.

Why don't you publish what you are paid?

Because the terms differ by buyer and change, and because the number has nothing to do with what you are offered. We disclose the arrangement on every page and in writing before any introduction.

One buyer charges a success fee. Is that you?

No. One buyer that works with small operators does the scrubbing, the process write-ups and the sale itself, and charges a share of the sale for that work. The enterprise buyers charge the company nothing. We tell you which applies before you choose.

What do advisors get?

Half of what we receive for a company they introduce, within 14 days of receipt. Volume terms by email.

Some buyers pay in seven days.
