"Your data could be worth $2M" ads: which data payout companies are real? (2026 reviews)

Short answer: since late October 2026 about a dozen new companies have run "your company data could be worth six figures" ads. Most are brokers, not buyers: they introduce you to an AI company and are paid a fee. The ones worth trusting publish who they are, who pays them and how much, and whether you can see the buyer before you sign. Below is what each one publishes, checked October 30, 2026. Compare every buyer first.

Ad wording comes from Meta's public Ad Library. Site terms come from each company's own site. Nothing here says any company is a scam. It says what each one publishes, so you can ask about the rest.

Before you apply anywhere, check your fit with every buyer first. Once you apply to one buyer you are in its process. Our estimate takes about a minute, never asks for a file, and tells you which buyers your company fits. It costs nothing. See which buyers fit your company.

How to tell a real one

  1. It says who pays it. The buyer, you, or both, and roughly how much.
  2. It names the people behind it and a registered company you can look up.
  3. It tells you the buyer before you sign, and lets you say no to any buyer.
  4. It never asks for files to give you an estimate.
  5. It never guarantees a number. The buyer sets the final price after review.
  6. It does not lock you in with an exclusive before you have an offer.

Questions owners ask.

Are 'your data could be worth $2M' ads real?

AI companies really do pay for company records, and published deals reach six figures. The ads are mostly from brokers who introduce you to those buyers. The number in an ad is never an offer.

Do data brokers charge the company?

Most say the buyer pays them. At least one, sellcompanydatatoai.com, says it charges the seller 12.5%. Ask every broker who pays it and how much.

How do I check a data broker?

Look for a registered company, named people, written terms on who pays them, and the buyer's name before you sign. Never send files to get an estimate.
