Is Ventra legit? Review of the company data broker behind the "your records could be worth $2M" ads

Short answer: Ventra is a broker, run by Ventra Holdings LLC, that says it shops your records to several AI labs and brings you the best offer. It says labs could pay $100K to $2M, takes companies with 30+ employees in the US, UK or Canada, and says payment is usually net 30 or net 60 (Ventra). Its site names no founders or address, and does not say how much Ventra keeps. Those are the questions to ask before you sign. Compare every buyer first.

What Ventra says it does

Ventra started advertising heavily on Facebook and Instagram in late October 2026 with lines like "Your old CAD files may have a buyer." Its site says it "shops our AI lab partners and brings you the best offer," that you approve exactly what is shared before anything moves, and that delivered work is checked before it reaches you. What to ask Ventra

None of these are red flags on their own. Many new brokers launched this autumn, and the good ones answer these in writing.

How it compares

Ventra's $100K to $2M range matches what buyers such as Polyshares ($100K to $2M+) and micro1 ($100K+ tiers) publish directly. Its 30-person minimum sits between Scale AI (prefers 40+) and buyers with no minimum such as Ooak. Every new data payout company, reviewed. How to pick a broker.
