Build your one-page records inventory
Before anyone talks price, they ask for one page: which systems you use, how many years each one holds and whether you can export it. Build yours in three minutes.

How this works
Four steps, about as many minutes.
- Tick the systems your company runs on.
- Add the years of history and rough counts.
- Answer two quick questions about exports and contracts.
- See your inventory and rating, and get the PDF by email.

The page every conversation starts with
When a company looks into licensing its records, the first request is almost always the same: send us a short list of what you have. Not the records themselves. A list. Which systems, how far back, how much is in each, and whether anything stops you from exporting it.
Most owners have never written that list down, so it takes a week of emails between the owner, the office manager and whoever runs IT. This builder gets you to a clean draft in three minutes, in plain words, so you walk into any conversation already knowing what you have.
What makes an inventory strong
Three things. More than one connected system, since a job record that links to the email thread and the invoice says more than any one of them alone. More years, since five years of history is worth far more than five months. And clear export rights, since a system you can not export from might as well not exist for this purpose.
What it does not need
No logins, no files, no screenshots. Rough counts are fine. "About 4,000 jobs a year" is exactly the level of detail the first conversation needs.
Questions about this tool.
Do I need exact numbers?
No. Rough counts are fine at this stage. "About 2,000 tickets a year" is the right level of detail.
Why does export matter?
Some plans and contracts limit what you can export. If a system can not be exported, its records can not be part of any license, so it is worth knowing early.
Who should fill this in?
The owner, or whoever knows which systems the company has used over the years. It usually takes one person three minutes.
What happens with my answers?
You see your inventory right away. If you ask for the PDF, Briggs Analytics emails it to you and may follow up about it. Nothing is shared with anyone without your OK.
