How connected are your company's records?
One ticket, one chat thread, one fix, one closed outcome. That chain shows how work actually gets done, and it is worth more than any single record. See how connected yours are.

How this works
Four steps, about as many minutes.
- Pick the systems you use.
- Tell us which ones link to each other.
- See a map of your connected records and a score.
- Get the map and what to connect next.

One record says what. A chain says how.
A support ticket on its own says a customer had a problem. The chat thread where your team argued about it says how they thought it through. The change that fixed it says what they did. The closed ticket says whether it worked. Put those together and you have a complete picture of how a real team solves a real problem, start to finish.
That chain is the single biggest thing that raises the value of a company's operational data. Buyers describe it in nearly the same words: records that link across systems and end in an outcome.
Where the links come from
Most links already exist without anyone planning them. A ticket number pasted into a chat. A job number in an invoice. A deal in the CRM that points to the contract. This score asks about the most common ones and draws the map.
Raising your score
You do not need new software. Small habits do it, like putting the ticket or job number in every related message, or closing records with a reason instead of just marking them done.
Questions about this tool.
What counts as a link?
Anything that lets someone follow one piece of work from one system to another, like a ticket number in a chat message or a job number on an invoice.
We only use two systems. Is that bad?
Not at all. Two well-linked systems with outcomes beat six that never reference each other.
Why do outcomes matter?
Because they show whether the work worked: closed, paid, shipped, won or lost. Records without an ending are much less useful.
Does this look at my systems?
No. It only uses your answers.
