What Polyshares is

Polyshares is the buyer, not a marketplace. It says: "No marketplace, no listing, no auction." It takes any sector with real operating history, from venture-backed to founder-owned companies. It was co-founded by Ryan Lock, who has written publicly about how data deals are priced.

What it pays and when

Polyshares says depth of history and visible reasoning matter more than raw volume.

How it works

  1. Three intake questions, about two minutes.
  2. Polyshares reads a sample and makes an offer.
  3. A specialist partner removes identifying details, the data is delivered, and you're paid.

Privacy

Names, emails and account numbers are stripped by a specialist partner before Polyshares or any lab sees the data. The license covers a defined term and excludes data you hold for your own clients. Polyshares doesn't say which labs get which data.

What to ask

Before you apply anywhere, check your fit with every buyer first. Once you apply to one buyer you are in its process. Our estimate takes about a minute, never asks for a file, and tells you which buyers your company fits. It costs nothing. See which buyers fit your company.
