Sell your company's data, state by state
Pick your state. Each page shows the industries buyers want there, the Briggs Analytics estimate for a 50-person company, published bands, and the state law.
Short answer: every buyer we track pays companies in every state. What changes by state is the privacy law that shapes the exclusions, the industries buyers are paying for there, and the bands intermediaries publish. California is the one state whose law also covers employee and business data. Pick your state. Or go straight to the estimate.

Questions owners ask.
Does it matter which state my company is in?
For the price, no. Buyers pay on years of records and connected systems. For the paperwork, a little: California's law covers employee and business data, most other state laws exempt it, and about half the states have no comprehensive privacy law at all.
Is my state missing?
We add states as owners ask. Every buyer we track takes companies from any U.S. state, so the estimate works wherever you are.
